Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Xolnivoz S.A. platform (hereinafter, "Xolnivoz" or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of services

Xolnivoz is a real estate crowdlending platform that allows investors to participate in urban development projects in Argentina. We facilitate the connection between investors and real estate developers.

Eligibility requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reside in Argentina or have a valid CUIL/CUIT.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Accept identity verification policies (KYC).
• Comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Investments

All investments carry risks. Xolnivoz does not guarantee returns or recovery of invested capital. Before investing, you must:

• Fully read the documentation for each project.
• Assess your risk tolerance and financial situation.
• Understand that timelines may vary based on project development.
• Accept that liquidity may be limited.

User responsibilities

By using the platform, you commit to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not use the platform for illegal activities.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

Xolnivoz will not be liable for losses arising from real estate market fluctuations, construction delays, regulatory changes, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees charged.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Xolnivoz or its licensors. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

Termination

Xolnivoz reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prejudice to corresponding legal actions.

Dispute resolution

Any controversy will be resolved before the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
